Ring Integration Help
If you need help linking or unlinking Ring, include your ReefATLAS account email, the approximate time of the issue, and whether the issue occurred during Ring authorization, ReefATLAS login, device selection, or the final confirmation step. Do not send Ring passwords, OAuth tokens, API secrets, or private media files by email.
Typical Response Time
ReefATLAS aims to review support requests within two business days. Urgent security or privacy requests should include "Security" or "Privacy" in the subject line.
